My elderly mother received a call on the morning of 03/02/20 asking for bank details (unknown what service they were stating); when my mum did not provide this she was advised that they would cut off the service??? My mother then hung up only to be phoned back by the manager, who was rather angry, that if she did not provide details, they would empty her bank account. Of course she hung up again. I could only find out that this company are based in Coventry and not what they do. The number from this company does not take incoming calls so I could not find out any other information.
