Definitely a Ponzi scam, very vague business and the woman whose name is Cam Tu tries to psych you out on your skepticism. I always have suspicions on these sorts of things but it can be tactical against vulnerable Australians. Be aware!!!
Definitely some sort of scam. I was contacted randomly last night by 'Kim' saying she is looking for entrepreneurs to expand her e-commerce business system. Kim then said I may fit a part time position within her business, which is diverse and nothing to do with my current line of work. Kim then ask to call me. After enquiring after the line of work and how they obtained my number, Kim said it is easier to speak over the phone. I then said that I've had lots of random people message me and try to get me into their pyramids schemes, so I'm skeptical unless they can provide more information about their company and to sum up what they do in one sentence. This triggered Kim and then she flipped it around on me, saying that she's skeptical about me and that's why she wanted to speak over the phone. Then she said my job opportunity is gone for now (I think due to my attitude?), but if I want to be serious in the future to contact her.
Red flags all over. I politely told her to piss off. Awaiting response.
This is a scam syndicate trying to recruit candidates for a dubious business venture. They are leveraging on the currently vulnerable and affected Australia workforce due to covid-19. Stay away.
They have called me 3 times over a month. A bit creepy, because they leave no voice message.
