Who called from +1 251-265-2640?

I am reporting a suspected immigration services scam. This person or organization contacted people using the phone number +12512652640. They defraud people by representing themselves as immigration professionals and offering immigration-related services and assistance. They also requested payments and PII while presenting themselves as qualified to provide immigration assistance, impersonating lawyers from the legal business IMS Immigration Solution. I believe the representations made to consumers may be misleading or fraudulent. Please review this matter as a potential immigration-related fraud targeting consumers, which has occurred frequently.
