Update- doing a little more research. On the cdc website https://www.cdc.gov/nis/partcipants/index.html
The NIS uses that number to ask about immunizations and your participation is voluntary. While this may be the case it is still very suspicious and they do ask for some sensitive information. I personally would not answer these calls
Claims to be the cdc I doubt the cdc would call anyone. voice seems off most likely ai generated. And wants you to call a different number then the number they called with - +1 (877)-220-4805. Seems suspicious and untrustworthy. They ask about children under 17 in the household. have called me multiple times. Most likely a scam/spam caller
