Who called from +1 478-973-0163?

Also got the nos spam group chat. This is spam.

This message was left on my private unlisted cell phone and then sent out to 24 people making it look like "I" sent the message to those 24 people. I'm a retired cop and Verizon customer and this is the second time in 2 months that this has happened. The text was:

"Hello, could you allow NOS Energy Drink to put a 15inches by 12inches Decal on your car/truck/bike and get $600 weekly? We are trying to multiply our customers, for more information about us hit the link to register (https://cutt.ly/OnrOB8F). We will reply you back immediately. Thanks"

These people need to be stopped and our privacy restored.

I was put in a group text with 19 other ppl with all "676" #'s asking if I would allow "NOS Energy Drink" to put a decal on my vehicle AND also get $600 weekly. They are trying to "multiply" their customer base. They also sent a link: https://cutt.ly/OnrOB8F
