Call mine and my husband's phone saying they were going to serve him at his place of employment. Being he is retired I'd kinda like to know where they would go.

They called me and my 83 year old mom. When they called me I just laughed and hung up. Then when I saw they called my mom I was mad. Of course its easy to get peoples family numbers but its upsetting. Same story as everyone else said. Threatened to serve me and were very aggressive. Said they were coming to my work place, etc. None of it was true. When he called me I laughed at him because I know I have an excellent credit score, no legal problems, etc. And nobody has sent me a certified letter, etc. Which would of happened if I was being sued. Sad.

They called left a VM that I was going to be served at my place of employment, and this notice was to tell me I have been served.

Spammers and scammers

They threatened to serve me papers at my job. Big deal. The message was vague at best: That I should call the County Court Services: What state? What county? That I should call the client with this vague phone number, but they do not leave the client's name. I was actually upset at the harassing nature of the call. Didn't the federal law abolish debt collector harassing phone calls in the 1990s? This is just a scam to cause people to jump up and panic. I don't panic easily.
