Portfolio recovery per caller id. Never leaves messages
Portfolio recovery. A debt collector but all they do is call then disconnect and or leave no messages. So obviously they are not trying to collect a legitimate text or have any idea who they are constantly calling.
I said hello twice and finally a man's voice cane on said all calls were recorded . I hung up never said a name or identify themselves in any way.
