My computer locked up, when I got it back up and running I had to re-install my Express VPN.
I then checked and verified that the Norton anti virus I had in the past was cancelled and expired. my cancelled/expired Norton Anti Virus:

Received an email labeled Norton Lifelock Premium- we are charging your bank account in 24 hours for $483.51. Call 858-609-0494 to cancel. So I did, I had to go to our PC (IPAD WOULD NO WORK), they took control of our PC . Sent me a form to fill out- I gave our bank name (only). Then they wanted me to give more bank info - it ended when I said “this sounds like a scam, when the charge shows in our account then I will have it charged back.” The phone line went dead.
