Who called from +31 6 82145785?

I heard a recording (in English) telling me that my 'national number' had been flagged and that they wanted to speak to me before they issued a warrant for my arrest. I was to press 1 to speak to someone. I pressed 1. A woman answered and spoke very quickly, giving me her name and a number. She asked for my name and postal code. I told her my name. She asked something else. I said, "You want me to spell it? Is that what you said?" And the line cut off. I think it's a scam because I can't imagine why someone would want to arrest me.
