It's a romanian guy who leaves in Leeds with real name Florin Rusu, and he do scams with flats.. I been fooled as well 😔😔

Please ignore and block this person. The flat does not exist, the airbnb link is fake and no one should ever pay deposit before seeing the flat. This person is desperate to make you pay

Wow, I was one step to lose almost 2000£, he is renting a place with a very great price but he wants a full deposit + one month payment before seeing actually the place and the contract. Everything is via “Airbnb” at least he says so, but actually you can’t find the place on Airbnb, he has cu give you a link. My luck was that I don’t have the money right now and I always check the phone numbers, especially because he said he is in Spain now. He even had the nerve to call me when he saw that I am not sending the money. Please be careful.

Exactly the same with Jake Easylife Kelly and Alex Wilson. Luckily the flat seemed to good to be true so I haven’t parted with any money. Just be careful

Thankfully I work for a bank so was skeptical when he said it’s through Airbnb but he has to send a link. Rang alarm bells, I then searched Airbnb but no property on there of that address. I ignored his last email then he what’s appd a link to me. Searched his number and saw the same fake rentals scam he has done to others here. Be careful anyone reading please do not send him any money. If you have sent already, try your banks fraud team they can try to recover. I tried to go back to fb to report Jake on marketplace but it says Facebook user so probably already blocked me to prevent reporting.

Scammer, renting a property in Cornwall via fb, wanted a deposit before viewing property

This is a man called Florin Rusu who pretended to be and English property owner named Alex Wilson. He sounds extremely foreign, not Engliah as he claims. The surname is Romanian.
This is a Rental propert deposit scam.
Most of the enquiribg was done online, but then he phoned me excotedly, forhgetting to be "english" to ask if I had paid the money. That raised red flags and I had, indeed, been scammed out of £1000! My bank and police are investigating.
He and his partner in crime, (Jake Easylife Kelly) from Babmer Bridge, Lancashire, on Facebook marketplace, have a list of about 20 properties nationwide they are pulling the same scam on.
