I have reason to believe that it probably is Vodafone. However, my policy is not to answer such unidentifiable numbers. Why do Vodafone not follow up with a text message to qualify that it is them??

Have been getting this call a lot over the last few weeks. Answered the first time and it switched straight away to automated voice. I hung up as that is definitely not how genuine businesses operate. Definitely a scam number.

I messaged vodafone on their website vodafone.ie. They confirmed this is the outbound number for the sales department. I received a call too and was skeptical.

Guy rang and said he was vodafone and offered me a phone package asking me to pay over the phone rang me multiple times during work then when I finished he rang 10 times and I anwsered and he said they they have another package for my pay as you go deal and asked could he record it for personal reference he knew my first name and I told him that’s not me lol so when I hung up he rang again so I just blocked his number

I received a phone call from this phone number today. The guy pretend to be from Vodafone and asked me to confirm my details, making long pauses all the time. I asked why I should do that and if he want me to sell smth. He said yes, so I asked him to send me the offer via email. He said it’s only valid on phone & that I should verify my details first. I refused and we ended the phone call. Definitely scam! That’s not how Vodafone works.

I think this is a scam, so I immediately blocked this number 012528641.

It was about three o'clock in the afternoon when I got the call. I picked up the phone and a woman introduced herself as an employee of Vodafone. She asked me, "Are you ... (my first and last name)?". They offered me a package from Vodafone, for which I had to pay in advance. I said I wasn't interested in their services and hung up. In fact, I think they are scammers.😡😡😡

I picked up the phone and heard only silence in response, of course, after that I dropped the call. there were no repeated calls from them.

I got a call from this number. A man with a strong accent and a creepy voice said that he was from Vodafone. He said hello, said my name and said that I was using pay as you go phone, although I wasn't. I hung up because talking to this man was starting to stress me out.

This number called me yesterday and twice today (phone registered it as potential fraud). I looked it up and found out it was someone pretending to be Vodafone. The person said they were Vodafone and proceeded to butcher the pronunciation of my name. When I finally understood what they were saying I said "We don't have that here" and hung up.
