Extremely stupid India scammer that was pretending to be USA customs enforcement but was calling from a spoofed number with the Austrian country code.
First it played a message that essentially was claiming/pretending to be USA customs enforcement claiming they intercepted drugs or contraband and to press #1 to be connected to a officer. I pressed #2 the first time they called from a different number and #3 the 2nd time they called and of course it "transferred" me to a "officer" both times, because they are to cheap and stupid to use a real system. They literally just play the audio and listen for any beep. Then I called him a Scammer and blasted a high pitched tone in the phone because why listen to their lies.
