This is a phone number I obtained in order to have my roof repaired. A Company that goes under the name of :- Redditch & Kidderminster Roof Repairs, with three phone Numbers. contact I contacted in order to 07771 221 743 / 01527 906494 /

I accepted a written quote to do work on my roof for £4,000.to be paid on completion, however after stripping a valley of all the tiles Steve came to me and asked if I could pay £2,000 up front despite his written quote, as he seemed to be in difficulty with his supplier and needed the cash to buy materials for the job after a lot of deliberation I foolishly gave him a check for the amount.
On receiving the check they disappeared and cashed the check through what I understand was some sort of clearing house! Anyway when I got in contact with my
Bank the money had already been taken out of my account.
However the following day they came back and put two fibreglass valleys in and just put some bits of cement around a couple of ridge tiles which should have all been removed and replaced on a bed of mortar. Also when I questioned him about this he got aggressive and said despite what he said on the quote he had no intention of doing what was written on his quote as he had made a mistake but I did request for the ridge tiles to be removed and replaced on a bed of mortar.
When questioned he complained I was hassling him and left the job and was not coming back.
I had no alternative but to find another roofer which I did, we found that he had made a bodge job of the valleys lead-work left with tiles missing at top of apex also all the tiles wedged in and not fitted to laths as the laths were left loose also roof felt was left damaged.
I was definitely ripped off and only wish I could find how I could redeem my £2,000
And also to stop them from ripping other unsuspecting individuals out of there hard earned money.
It cost me another £4,000 to have the job put right.
