3 calls, second one to tell me when a parcel was to be delivered came up as my home phone number. Third call to say parcel was delivered when I was out, but no parcel. SCAM !!
A Text answer to receive contact to receiver to cancel , a con and a pain in the ass., SCAM.
Didn’t talk
This is part of my Stonebridge Associated College (Learn Direct) comment earlier today. I forgot to put what type of call it was. Asking for money I do not owe. Cancelled a course straight after booking it but they took money from my bank anyway and bank got my money back from them. Now getting nuissance calls. This number once and Bournemouth numbers before. They try to pick on the weak.
Last year 2020 I cancelled a course straight after I booked it with Stonebridge Associated College (Learn Direct) but they unlawfully took my money anyway. My bank gave me back my money after giving Stonebridge time to dispute it, which they didn't. Now they are fed up because they lost and am hassling me with calls wrongly saying my account is in arrears.
