I am new to technology. 5 months I reached helpline explained something suspicious. I have heard nothing. Customer services , I made complaint. If not been able to get into my account for 2 months . Been to all sites as Amazon has not helped and also ignored my countless attempts to refer me to a human being. Nothing has helped . It's beyond signing now .. The lack of respect and insult to my intellegence. If never found anything harder than to talk to someone who will point me in the right direction. Some things Which have shown up in gmail have been disturbing e mail do not open. I only wanted to be helped why I'm receiving suspicious emails. Now I don't have N email or an thing from Amazon what have I done. I feel Like A Criminal. I want to know . If done nothing and its getting worse instead of better. I feel someone is giving me tell blame for something I have not done .. An thing would help because there is suspicious activity and it is not me
