Received a text message from this number saying are attempting a package delivery to me. They then said I could check the status on this at the following website:
https://rrc-haaren.de/x/?3-ysj2uow
I opened that link in an incognito window (for just a little extra protection). The website seems to be some kind of German bicycling club but there was noting on the page that mentioned "checking on my delivery".
I then did a reverse lookup on the phone number but it showed only that it was a mobile phone in Germany. There's no way I'm going to pay for additional information, however.
I guess it is plausible that the sender simply misdialed... but it seems awfully fishy to me.
