An individual claiming to be Lucia David Carmen Alvarez called regarding a prosecution of criminals in Mexico that used our family name (identity theft) in a time share fraud scheme and he worked for the Attorney General in Mexico. Request for official correspondence and a picture ID was promised but never sent. Attorney General in Florida said it was not likely this is authentic since a real prosecutor from a foreign country would work in cooperation with USA federal authorities. Beware.
