Caller (male voice with Indian accent) claimed to be from Telstra. Claimed to be calling in relation to Malware that had been downloaded and causing errors and slow internet speed. When advised that not with Telstra claimed that all service providers were using Telstra network and working with them. Then questioned how many devices use internet at house became demanding when declined to answer question. Became angry when his request for a computer to be turned and he be allowed to remote access the computer was refused. Became hostile when his demands to follow his instructions were refused. Demanded to speak with another family member when advised that there was no one else, demanded to know where they were, was told none of his business and terminated the call.
