I looked up some capital management companies and I suffered the consequences. I lost heaps of money. I dealt with Oliver James 0488881825 and the company's name is
capital-management.com.au and although the web site is removed, the phone number 0283810666 still has the recording. Then I dealt with Martin Anderson 0288800359 same company. Their supposed address is level 24 1 Bligh street Sydney 2000. Why can't the police apprehend them?
I believe this to be a scammer who is looking for investors and offering a 12% fixed rate of return on capital invested. The caller would not provide a his work email address or mobile number and was happy to meet at a coffee shop rather than in his office. He also sent a brochure for a company called CMS which had the same phone number for offices all around the world.
