Who called from +61 3 8560 4211?

I had a call just now where they were doing a survey on how the pandemic has affected me, so I listened for a while then they asked me which age bracket I was in and I told them then they asked me what job I did before I retired and I told them I worked for the ATO etc etc then they asked me all about the job I did. I then asked her where this questioning was going with regard to the pandemic because she was asking me questions about what I did in the past. I asked her whether she had any questions to ask me regarding how this pandemic has affected me.
She then said “thank you for your time ma’am and cut off.
What’s wrong with these people? Huh!

Stated that he is calling from sort of research organization, asked where he got my details from and told him won't let go without knowing where they got my mumber he said" I'm still talking shut the f***up" and hung up. Definitely scam

Tried calling back. Got a busy tone
