I think they are a spammer. I was expecting a parcel, got a text at 7:34 am this morning from Australia Post saying my parcel would be delivered today. Meanwhile at 8:02 am I received a text from the above number saying that my parcel wouldn't be delivered today as it had to clear customs and AUD 2.10 had to be paid and to then click on the link. My parcel isn't from overseas :)
