No idea who called me. She spoke with an Indian accent and saying that she's from the investigative department for credit cards and bank accounts. She said in a sort of urgent voice that someone in the States is trying to withdraw funds from my credit card/savings account, and told me to download an app called "Bank Shield" which she gave me the code. After downloading, she told me to open my on-line bank account so that she can guide me how to connect the app to my bank account. I managed to give her an excuse and told her I'll call her back. She gave me a return number - 02 803 5641 (Alina Bennett). I went to my bank and was told to engage a computer specialist to "clean" my computer thouroughly of all vireuses, tracking cookies and malware before using my on-line banking website.
