Fake Amazon bill authorisation using 0458 763 547 as caller id.

note this could be call spoofing with a stolen phone number ie the person who answers if you ring this number might not be the scammer. Anyone can use your phone number as their caller id. This should be banned. I should be able to block my number from being used as a substitute caller id. People who want to use a different number to their own - should be registered against that number ie these numbers can use that one as their caller id and that should be verified with the account holder for the phone number that is being used. And when the phone number is deactivated then re-assigned to a new owner - then no spoofing the phone number should be default.
