One of my relatives told me that this number is calling I said "Hello?" but did not answer.

This number called me, no one was on the other line. I did not say anything I was just also listening. Ended the call after a minute and immediately blocked the number.

This number just called while ago and nobody is answering. I thought it came from lazada so i searched the number in the internet and found out there are so many people already called by this number, i think this is vishing

Introduced herself as Cignal TV customer service. Looked up the number at cignal website but it wasnt there. Most likely a scam.
