Contacted via Carousell to buy my Rolex. Insisted on using WhatsApp and very rude if u no reply him immediately. And then gave me the story on wanting to buy the rolex for his Brother's bday which is the next day & he is working offshore. But i m selling a ladies rolex!! LOL. I going try ask him out if he is in singapore.

Same story as Xxxx, and gave me a recipient's address in KL at Casa Tropicana Condominium, Tropicana Golf and Country Resort, No 5 Jalan Persiaran Tropicana PJU3 Petaling Jaya, 47410.. Even prepared invoice for me and called Fedex to collect the Notebook. I am wondering whether person is running a dropshipping operation where person collects money for Macbook Pro orders, and fulfils it by scamming carousell sellers. Or if the person at Tropicana Condominium is an accomplice.

Same story. Contacted via Carousell to buy my MacBook Pro. Insisted on using WhatsApp. And then gave me the story on wanting to buy the MacBook for his daughter’s bday which is the next day & he is working offshore. Said will transfer the money then arrange for courier. Good thing I googled this before I dealt with him.

Sold a Macbook Pro and couriered it to him after he claimed to have transferred $ via Bank of America, Scammer. Disappeared after I said I will lodge a police report.

Scam! This number expressed interest to purchase my used mac in carousel, needed the mac in a rush for his daughter’s birthday gift the next day. He said he works offshore and will send a courier to pickup the item and make the transfer online. He sent a transaction receipt from Bank America and claimed the transaction is successful and the transaction will take time. Told him i will only pass the mac to the courier once the amount is reflected and he flipped and went all emotional, insisted that the transfer has been done. Suspected then it’s a scam. He never contacted again and payment was never made.

I sell a phone to him, and he transfer money thru online, he send from Bank of America with the transaction no. BA7376483999365, but it appears in my PSOB acct that not yet transfer,
