Called me from an "Unknown" phone number (first red flag). Claims to have time-sensitive documents that need to be sent out to a family member and are inquiring about their schedule. I do not know my family's schedule and did not feel right with this call. If the documents are so time-sensitive, just send them with a signature request. There's no need for all the shady shit if you're a legitimate company.
