Number is most likely a throw away obtained from the internet. Used in Whatsapp to solicit for loans. They require a fee for application and then will hit you with more and more fees before they will send you anything. And the end result is they will not send you anything.

Always deal with legitimate lending institutions for any loans or mortgages you may wish to acquire. Always demand to see a copy of the lending contract and any insurance contract they offer BEFORE sending any fees, IF indeed fees are legal to collect up front in your state or country.
