Call shows as 1-800 Service. Message left "540 Dollars at fax travels, which was declined for your accounts protection. We have temporarily block your visa debit card for further verification. Please call us back on our toll free number 186-627-83335. Thank you." I never answer these 1-800 Service calls as usually scams.

I got the exact same message. Only difference was the name of the travel company everything else including the amount was identical. I don't even have a CIBC VISA Debit card.

(866) 278-3335 called twice ( I have 2 separate phones in my home). The voice-mail laimed to be CIBC and provided the above number for a call-back, toll-free. I blocked caller ID and called back. Message indicated I had reached CIBC and shoud wait for an account specialist. Obviously a phishing exercise.
Voice-mail stated: Speaker 1: Some recent activity on your CIBC visa debit card. You made an international transaction of $540 at Fast Travels, which was declined for your account's protection. We have temporarily blocked your visa debit card for further verification. Please call us back on our toll free number 1-866-278-3335. Thank you.
